Checked against Polymarket’s help center, its documentation and the list of its deposit service on 15 October 2026.
The short answer
Polymarket charges nothing to deposit or withdraw. What can still cost you is around it: the card provider or exchange you pay with charges its own fee, the network you send on charges its own fee, and turning your balance back into USDC can cost a little. The fee Polymarket does charge is on trading: when you buy or sell instantly.

Depositing
- From 15 networks. On 15 October 2026 Polymarket’s deposit service listed 236 coins and tokens on 15 networks, among them Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Solana, Bitcoin and Tron. Whatever you send is turned into Polymarket USD (pUSD) automatically. One pUSD is backed by one USDC.
- A minimum per coin. $2 on most networks, $3 from Ethereum, $3.60 from Bitcoin. A deposit below the minimum is not processed.
- Paying by card or from an exchange. Polymarket’s help center says services such as Coinbase or MoonPay may charge their own fees. That fee is theirs, not Polymarket’s.
- Large amounts. For more than $50,000 from another network, Polymarket’s documentation suggests a separate bridge service, so that less is lost on the exchange of coins.
Withdrawing
- No Polymarket fee. Its documentation calls withdrawals instant and free.
- A small exchange cost. Your pUSD is turned back into USDC through an exchange pool, and the app keeps the difference in the amount under 0.1%. At times that pool runs short. Polymarket suggests withdrawing smaller amounts, waiting a while, or withdrawing pUSD itself, which some exchanges no longer accept.
- Large amounts. Over $50,000, Polymarket suggests splitting the withdrawal.
- The network. Choose the network your receiving wallet or exchange expects. Each network charges its own fee, and money sent on the wrong network can be hard to get back.
Where the real cost is
Moving money in and out is close to free. Trading is not: buying or selling instantly pays shares × rate × price × (1 − price), with rate 0.07 for crypto and 0.05 for sports, and a limit order that waits for its price pays nothing. The rates for every market are on Polymarket fees explained, and the fee calculator works out any bet.
